Our Team
Our quartet has come together out of a shared love for the world and a shared sense that we are living in a “time between worlds", where our current systems are no longer fit for purpose and as a society we are going through an accelerating and uneven multi-sectoral collapse. Cultivating Coherence is way for the four of us to "light a candle rather than curse the darkness.”
We share a deep passion for the transformative power of the natural world and have decades of experience working with senior executives and their teams in a way that can unfreeze “stuck” energy. We have witnessed over and over that when this energy is liberated teams are able to create breakthroughs in thinking, strategy and implementation.
Coming together as close colleagues and friends our intention is to have our work be a powerful bridge to the kind of world we wish for our children and grandchildren.
Susanne Stillhammer
Transformation expert and systemic coach, works with leadership teams in complex business and conflict situations, has held various leadership positions in international companies, before moving into organizational consulting with focus on relational intelligence, culture change and group coherence. Her calling is to accompany her clients to discover their resources and live and lead from their deepest truth.
Dana Carman
Globally recognized leadership coach and guide, with decades of experience working with senior executives and impact-driven organizations, helping them navigate complexity and develop adaptive leadership capacities. Dana’s great joy is guiding his clients in the natural world to discover and enact the leadership future that calls to their deepest sense of purpose and meaning.
Marc Padberg
Co-founder and former co-leader of the global leadership development company Aberkyn, Marc specializes in top team and ecosystem coherence.
He brings deep experience in aligning leadership behaviors with emergent strategy, stakeholder engagement, and deep dialogue processes for collective healing and integration in contexts of crisis and conflict.
Jens Riese
Executive coach, trauma therapist, PhD biologist, former Senior Partner and global co-leader of McKinsey’s sustainability practice and Centered Leadership Program. Jens has been supporting leaders and their teams from the corporate, start-up, government and NGO sectors through the inner and outer games of change. He brings the experience of deep societal transformation programs from more than 10 countries.
