All workshops:

~ Start in the early afternoon of the first day and end at lunchtime on the last day.

~ Take place in the Bavarian Alps (South of Munich): Schliersee (pictured above) is a place where nature’s wisdom and human presence have been existing in harmonious balance for centuries. Surrounded by a dozen iconic peaks including Wendelstein, and embraced by the cold, clear waters of Schliersee and Spitzingsee, this landscape invites deep connection, reflection, and renewal. With beautiful hikes leading through alpine meadows where traditional mountain farming still thrives, it is a place to slow down and tune into the wisdom of the Earth.

  • Deep individual and team interviews to establish connection, understand context, uncover challenges, and set intentions.

  • This 4.5 day workshop focuses on building a foundation of safety, presence, and resilience. Together, we will meet the time it is in the world, explore how it lives in our bodies, and deepen our awareness of the nervous system’s role in response and leadership. We will surface limiting patterns and begin to cultivate somatic and emotional intelligence. As we regulate and synchronize with our inner landscapes and each other, we’ll engage shadow work and explore our deeper purpose — aligning with the question: what time is it in my life? The Earth will be our companion, teacher, and mirror throughout this inquiry. We conclude by crafting personal coherence practice plans that support ongoing development.

    Integration & Practice (May – Sep 2026)
    Biweekly peer triads for reflection and accountability (90 min). Monthly team coaching calls (90 min). Full-group integration calls (2 hrs each in January & March 2026).

  • In this 3.5 day workshop, we explore the foundations of group coherence by learning to attune to one another and build psychological safety and align around a shared purpose and vision. Through practices like deep listening, transparent communication, and sensing the collective nervous system of our teams, we expand our capacity to navigate complexity together. We examine tensions as creative openings, strengthen our team coherence and capacity for collective intelligence, and close the session with co-created action plans to foster coherent teams guided by shared vision.

    Integration & Practice (October 2026 – February 2027)
    Monthly team coaching calls (90 min). One full-group integration call (2 hrs) in January 2027.

  • In this 3.5 day workshop we turn to our broader ecosystems and explore them as living, dynamic systems. By mapping stakeholders, identifying power dynamics, and sensing patterns of resonance and resistance, we begin to understand our ecosystem's coherence potential. Earth-based work and systemic dialogue inform how we design initiatives to foster coherence, stewardship, and resilience at scale.

    Integration & Practice (April – August 2027)
    Monthly team coaching calls (90 min). Two full-group integration calls (2 hrs) in May and August 2027.

  • In this 2.5 day workshop, we begin to close our 18-month journey. We reflect on key learnings, personal and collective transformations, and evolving possibilities. Together, we strengthen our vision for sustaining coherence within and beyond our organizations. We explore next steps for public engagement, cross-ecosystem learning, and deeper impact. With celebration and renewed commitment, we honor the path traveled and the one still unfolding.
